Porsche introduced a new model at the 2010 Los Angeles Auto Show.

The German auto maker referred to the model as a "mid-engine sports car" - meaning fans can expect something in Boxster or Cayman guise. Considering Porsche recently launched the Boxster Spyder, the new model could be the Cayman Club Sport, which the company leaked online recently.

The Oldest Porsche in America

To celebrate their 60th anniversary of selling vehicles in the US, Porsche embarked on a journey not unlike that of The hobbit or Harry Potter - to find the oldest model Porsche sold in America.

After several months, the company awarded this honor to Dr. Robert Wilson and his 1952 356 Cabriolet. Imported in November of 1952 by legendary automotive businessman Max Hoffman, this 356 was discovered in a savage yard. Wilson, knowing a good find when saw it, had the car restored to its current condition.
